BEDROOMS
The house has three bedrooms – the main bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV, wardrobe, ceiling fan, wall heater, reading chair and ensuite. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, wall heater and wardrobe. The third bedroom has an ensuite, Smart TV, Apple TV, ceiling fan, wall heater and wardrobe.

BATHROOMS
There are 3 bathrooms with shower, underfloor heating, towel heater and heater. One of the bathrooms is located in the main bedroom and the second attached to the office. Hair dryer is available for use and basic toiletries are provided.

LIVING AND KITCHEN
The living is located next to the kitchen with an amazing view to the sea, it has a big round table that seats 8 persons, wood burner, heat pump and a reading area with a sofa and reading light. State of the art kitchen and laundry, fully equipped and ready for you if you are the kind of person that loves to cook! It has a stove, bench top cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, big fridge with freezer and full compliment of cookware, pots and pans. There is a SmartTV with AppleTV, Netflix and New Zealand Satellite TV.

LAUNDRY
Located inside the cupboard and beside the kitchen, there is a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

DECK
Outside there is a deck area with a fireplace, big table, BBQ with expansive sea views.

OUTDOORS
The house is private and surrounded by a big outdoor area full of plants and trees. The mornings are magical with birdsong.  There is a long driveway from the street entrance that provides plenty of space for parking.

Wi-Fi, linen, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels and basic cosmetics, detergent, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, salt and pepper are included.
